How does the Loyalty Points and Referral Program work?

All members are automatically enrolled.  Here’s the rundown:

Loyalty Points

For every purchase made you will get  2.5% of your purchase price back in loyalty points. For example, spend $100, get $2.50 back in points to be used on a future purchase. You can choose to spend them at any time or bank for whenever you want to redeem them. 

Referral Rewards

Refer a friend and get a $20 bounty (800 points) credited to your loyalty points balance. Your friend will also get the discount every new customer gets, 20% off their first order (excludes sale items).

Once your friend clicks your referral link (you can find this in your account dashboard under the ‘Referral Link’ tab), a 30 day cookie will activate. Your friend will have 30 days to complete a purchase for you to receive credit for that referral.  The points are then automatically deposited to your account. 

You can share your referral link anywhere you like, via email, social media, on your blog or website, in person. As long as your code is typed in exactly as shown on the referral link tab, you will be credited.

See your points balance anytime by logging in to your account and navigating to the ‘Points’ tab, referral credits will also show up there.

Writing a review

Reviewing your purchased product will also get you a $3 bonus (120) in points for each product reviewed. Good or bad, we want your feedback. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us first so we can try make right.

Points never expire.

Review on Reddit

Earn a $10 bonus (400 points) when you leave a review on either of the following subreddits ( r/CanadianMOMs, r/MOMpics). Maximum 1 review per order.  Reviews should be thorough and detailed that will actually provide some real feedback and help the community. Read the moderators post regarding this here. Once you have left your Reddit review, email us your post link and order# that pertains to the reviewed product, so we can add the points to your account. You may contact us through this FAQ section or via our contact page. 

Review on CanadianMOM Forum

Earn a $10 bonus (400 points) when you leave a review on the CanadianMOMs forum. Maximum 1 review per order.

Reviews should be thorough and detailed that will actually provide some real feedback and help the community. Read the moderators post regarding this here.

Once you have left your CanadianMOM review, email us your post link and order# that pertains to the reviewed product, so we can add the points to your account. You may contact us through this FAQ section or via our contact page.
