Can I change the address on my order?

If you've made a mistake with the address on your order, please just place a new order ensuring the correct details, and then send payment to match that new order.

Orders are processed according to payments received matching that specific order#.

If you have already submitted payment that HAS been accepted by us for an order with incorrect address information, please let us know asap, we’ll do our best to change the address info before the shipment goes out.

If we have NOT accepted your payment yet (you would have received an email from your bank if we did), simply cancel your e-transfer, place a new order, and then submit payment again to match the new order.
